Applications for the 2023-2024 Academic year
Complete and submit application with the first two pages of your parent's or guardian's 2021 Federal 1040 Tax forms.
(Independent students submit personal tax forms only)
Hours of Operation (Fall and Spring Semester):
Monday-Wednesday: 8:30 a.m.-6:00 p.m.
Thursday and Friday: 8:30 a.m.-5:00 p.m.
First and third Saturday: 10:00 a.m.-2:00 p.m.
