5-4-04 An unknown subject caused damage to computers in the McDonald Library.

6-13-04 Residents in the village reported property was missing form their apartment.

7-07-04 A subject reported the theft of a cell phone from a vehicle in the Sports Center.

7-18-04 A unknown subject caused damage to a Xavier University Police vehicle.

7-19-04 An unknown subject attempted to break in to several offices on Schmidt Hall.

7-21-04 A resident of the Commons reported a vehicle was broken into and property taken.

8-13-04 While at an event in Cintas a vendor reported the theft of a tote filled with books.

8-24-04 An employee reported the theft of a watch from the Alter hall computer lab.\

8-25-04 a subject reported being assaulted by an unknown male subject in the Cohen lots.

8-27-04 Two subjects were seen destroying several hall decorations on the 5th and 6th floors of Kuhlman.

9-01-04 A subject reported the theft of clothes from the Buenger hall laundry room.

9-04-04 A subject reported damage to the hood of a vehicle while parked in the Cohen lots.

9-08-04 A student reported the theft of music equipment from Edgecliff hall.

9-09-04 A vehicle was broken into in the Cohen lots and a stereo was taken.

9-18-04 An unknown subject broke the glass in a fire extinguisher case on the 3rd floor of the Commons.

10-09-04 Two vehicles were broken into in the South lot. Various items were taken.

10-11-04 A student reported that his vehicle was damaged by eggs and other food items.

10-12-04 A subject reported the theft of a cell phone from Alter hall.

10-15-04 A window was damaged in the 6th floor stairwell of Kuhlman hall.

10-15-04 Unknown persons caused damage to the signs on the 4th floor of the Commons. Several signs were burned.

10-20-04 A contract employee reported the theft of cash from a stand in the Cintas center.

10-22-04 Unknown persons wrote graffiti on the walls of 4th floor Kuhlman Hall.

10-30-04 Unknown person caused damage to the cash register in the Gallagher food court.

10-30-04 A contract employee reported the theft of food and products from the storage area of the Gallagher center.

11-05-04 Unknown persons damaged the window in the 3rd floor lounge of Husman hall.

11-08-04 A employee reported the theft of a laptop from graduate services in Elet hall.
