Licensure Requirements

Licensing requirements under the state of Ohio standards are included in the special education programs. These requirements are detailed and explained during advising sessions.

Application for other state licensure must be made by the student after completion of the state of Ohio licensure. Students should direct their questions on licensure and certification to the Ms. Virginia Hewan, director of license/certification at Xavier University.
