The Office of Multicultural Affairs (OMA) seeks to educate the entire campus around issues that affect students of color at Xavier. Cultural programming, diversity workshops and partnerships with colleagues on campus are the primary vehicles for raising awareness and understanding. Because we exist in an academic environment, OMA has at its heart, scholastic and intellectual growth.
