Get Advised: Adult and Part-time Students may schedule an academic advising appointment before each semester to select class schedules and to update their progress toward graduation. Simply contact the CAPS office to schedule an advising appointment.
Register: Adult undergraduate students may register for classes in the CAPS office. Academic advisors are available during priority registration times to help students with the registration process.
Financial assistance: Qualified adult degree seeking students may apply for financial aid grants each semester. For complete financial aid information including a more detailed description of these grants click here.
Get your All-Card: The ALL Card is the official form of identification for the Xavier University community. The ALL Card is a multi-functioning campus card. In addition to serving as a form of identification to access University facilities, the ALL Card serves as a stored value campus debit card for purchases at most all on-campus vending machines and retail operations.
