Mailing Services

The goal of Mailing Services is to prepare and meter all outgoing classes of domestic and international mail, packages, and courier services for University departments; to prepare bulk mailings; to insure that all departments are in compliance with all USPS regulations; to gain every possible discount for the University for all above services; to provide information; to maintain all postal records and pay all permit fees, all these with the best possible rates for the University and all users in general.

Go Green! - XU Green Machine  

With assistance from Beth Amyot, V.P. for Financial Administration, Auxiliary Services has acquired a true all electric automobile to support the University’s initiative for sustainability.  This is a very economical street-legal vehicle that is being assigned to Mailing Services.   The vehicle will go approximately 42 miles on a single electrical charge that will cost about 88 cents per charge.   Marketing is in process of creating appropriate graphics to be placed on the vehicle to marquee Xavier’s commitment to sustainability.
